Position Overview
Our Transaction Services team serves middle-market private equity firms, founder-owned businesses, and investment professionals during any stage of the transaction process.
CFOx is looking for a Senior Vice President to work closely with clients to provide strategic financial insights, drive operational improvements, and support growth initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of private equity environments, strong financial acumen, a passion for excellence, and demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced and growing environment
In addition to client execution, the Senior Vice President will support the Directors in leading, shaping, and guiding our Transaction Services group. This pivotal role involves a broad range of responsibilities aimed at driving the group’s success and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
Typical Transaction Services engagements include:
- Buy-Side & Sell-Side ‘Quality of Earnings’ Analysis
- Client liaison to due diligence provider and advisors during transaction process
- General due diligence on target acquisitions and dispositions
- Financial diligence and modeling
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support the execution of select Transaction Services client engagements
- Prepare client deliverables, analyses, and reports
- Improve and implement internal processes, procedures, and templates for the practice
- Active involvement in the firm’s business development efforts
- Active involvement in the firm’s operations and strategy
- Mentor and develop junior team members

Qualifications
- 4-8 years of transaction services (TS or TAS) or Financial due diligence (FDD) experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- CPA license is required
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP and financial due diligence
- Manager/Vice President or Senior Manager/Senior Vice President experience
- Demonstrated experience in project management with strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Pay Range
- Base Compensation: $150,000/year to $190,000/year
- Bonus: Discretionary
- Sales Commission Eligible
