Please join us in welcoming Tom Lyons as Vice President of Transaction Services at CFOx!

Tom Lyons is joining us as a Vice President within our Transaction Services group. Tom has over five years of experience in transaction advisory and assurance focused on the middle market. Previously, he served as a Supervisor in RSM’s transaction advisory practice.

Tom began his career in Chicago with RSM’s commercial assurance team before transitioning to transaction advisory in Denver. He will be responsible for managing and executing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence (QoE) engagements for private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers.

Tom is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, where he earned his degree in accounting, and is a licensed CPA in Illinois. Tom is also actively involved with the Daniel Murphy Scholarship fund, serving as an Associate Board Member. Tom’s personal interests include golfing, skiing, and traveling. We are excited to have Tom on the team!
