CFOx recently completed a multi-phase engagement for a Jesuit University located in the Rocky Mountains. The Accounting Services team cleaned up the university’s financials, developed new accounting processes, and developed robust financial reporting for the university.

CFOx began by implementing a new Chart of Accounts and cleaning up the historical P&L and Balance Sheet. The Accounting Services team then established proper accounting processes and a month-end close process. This has resulted in clean and timely monthly financials.

The CFOx team also designed and prepared a monthly financial reporting package which gives the client in-depth visibility into its financials and overall performance.
