Join CFOx in welcoming Tyler Chafin as Senior Vice President within our Transaction Services group!

Tyler is a Senior Vice President at CFOx and in the firm’s TS Services practice. He has 10+ years of Big 4 public accounting and consulting experience serving clients across a broad range of industries and sizes. He has experience advising clients on projects in all aspects of corporate finance & accounting and currently focuses on providing financial due diligence services to the firm’s clients.

Prior to CFOx, Tyler spent five years with Embark Consulting, holding roles in both their Transaction Advisory Services and Financial Advisory Services groups. He managed and conducted buy-side and sell-side transactions for middle market and private equity-back companies, as well as advising on transaction accounting and other technical accounting topics. Prior to Embark, Tyler spent seven years with Deloitte in their Assurance group servicing both public and private clients.

Tyler graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia, earning a bachelor’s in business administration and master’s in accounting.

Tyler is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the State of Georgia.
