We are excited to welcome Dallas Hartsell as a Director in our Transaction Services group. Dallas joins our Detroit office, further establishing the firm’s Transaction Services presence in the Midwest. 

Dallas has over 8 years of accounting experience servicing public companies, middle market businesses, and private equity investors. He is primarily focused on providing financial due diligence to the firm’s clients, which includes analysis of quality of earnings, working capital requirements and positions, and quality of net assets. 

Prior to CFOx, Dallas was with Grant Thornton holding roles in both their Transaction Services and Audit practices. He was responsible for performing buy-side and sell-side diligence on publicly and privately owned companies of various sizes. He has experience across a broad spectrum of industries including consumer & industrial products, construction & infrastructure services, and aerospace & defense. He previously worked as a manager in the Audit practice at Grant Thornton. 

Dallas attended Michigan State University, earning a M.S. in Accounting and B.S. in Accounting. 

Dallas is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the State of Michigan.
