Our team worked with management to understand key assumptions and timing to build a dynamic financial model that would support their expansion initiative.

The team developed a dynamic, multi-scenario financial model with integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow projections. They also built capital tracking schedules tied to production volumes, including tooling and equipment spend, as well as rent escalation and corresponding working capital needs. A labor schedule was also created to support hiring timing and capacity.

The dynamic model provided the client with a clear roadmap to evaluate various scenarios and enhanced visibility into EBITDA and ROI under multiple production and pricing assumptions. The model was used to support strategic conversations with stakeholders to drive key decisions for transformative growth at the client.
