At the outset of the engagement, CFOx designed and implemented a standardized financial reporting package, a unified chart of accounts, a documented month‑end close process, and established a recurring monthly reporting cadence for leadership. Today, CFOx continues to support the restaurant group through recurring accounting services across multiple restaurant concepts.
